That is why every celebration begins with listening—understanding your vision, your values, and the moments that matter most. We thoughtfully curate timeless, refined designs that feel authentic to you.

From the first conversation to the final detail, our hope is to create an experience that not only looks beautiful, but leaves you and your guests with lasting memories of a celebration filled with meaning, elegance and intention.

We develop the visual language of your wedding—colour, texture, tablescapes, florals, ceremony details and spatial styling—so individual choices become one connected design.

Intimate Celebrations

Bridal showers, baby showers and milestone birthdays receive the same design attention: a clear concept, considered details and a room that feels finished.

Installation & Day-of Styling

We install and style the design on the day so the vision is protected. We are designers on site—not a planning company running your vendor list from month one.

How installation works

Wedding styling & design

A clear vision, carried through every detail.

You may know exactly how you want the day to feel and still not know how to translate that feeling into a cohesive design. That is the work we love.

Starting at $2,495 + HST. Décor, floral, rental and material costs are additional. The offering includes:

  • Two to three design consultations
  • A curated colour palette
  • One venue walkthrough for layout and opportunity
  • A design plan for ceremony and reception spaces
  • Sourcing of florals, linens, décor and stationery
  • Tablescape design and place settings
  • Direction for backdrop, head table, welcome and cake
  • Wedding-day installation and a final styling walkthrough

Your wedding should not feel like a collection of trends. It should feel like you.

Intimate celebrations

The same care, on a more intimate scale.

Bridal showers, baby showers and milestone birthdays deserve a considered room. We design backdrops, signage, tables and floral accents so a smaller gathering still feels complete.

Collections begin at $795 for an intimate setting and grow with the complexity of the install. We will tell you honestly where an investment will be seen—and where simplicity serves the design better.

Installation

We bring the design to life. We do not take over the planning.

On the day, our team installs and styles every approved element—then walks the room once more before guests arrive. If you already have a planner, we collaborate with them. If you have planned the day yourselves, we still arrive as designers, not as a second headquarters.

Optional day-of styling support is available when you want extra hands protecting the design. It is still design work: timelines for install, vendor communication that touches the look of the room, and calm presence until the space is ready.

The Verity process

From first conversation to a finished room.

Discovery

We meet face-to-face to learn your needs, wants and vision. Together we discuss location, budget, timeline, style and the feeling you want the room to hold.

Design

Whether you arrive with a clear picture or do not know where to begin, we explore ideas, create curated mood boards and develop renderings so you can see the celebration before it exists.

Refinement

We revise the boards, renderings and budget from your feedback. Once approved, a contract and deposit begin the work—and we stay in close contact as we move toward installation.

Installation

Our team arrives on site to install and style every design element, so the space is ready to be walked into rather than assembled around you.

Celebration

The design is in place. What remains is to be present with the people you love most.

The studio

Three women. One shared love of thoughtful design.

Our journey began with three women who met through a Bible study at church and quickly discovered a shared appreciation for art, creativity and thoughtful design. What started as a friendship grew into a shared vision: creating celebrations that are not only beautiful, but deeply personal, intentional and reflective of the people they honour.

As Verity Studio was born, we knew our purpose extended beyond designing memorable events. We wanted to serve others with humility, generosity and excellence, approaching every opportunity as faithful stewards of the gifts God has entrusted to us. This commitment shapes the way we work, the relationships we build, and every celebration we have the privilege of designing.

Nancy, Nikky and Mila still work that way: designers first, friends who care about getting the details right.

The heart behind Verity

The word Verity means truth. Our Christian faith informs who we are without requiring our clients to share it. Whatever your story, the commitment is the same: to serve you graciously, communicate honestly and create with intention.
